About me
INK media is built on my extensive experience in international B2B companies, my enthusiasm for strategic challenges and a firm belief: The best results emerge when people work together to make a difference.

Bring fresh perspectives. Drive change. Make an impact.
I enjoy moving things forward. Bringing in fresh perspectives, challenging established ways of thinking and working with others to turn ideas into something real.
What matters to me is not just strategies and concepts, but above all the people who bring them to life. Because even the best idea remains just an idea if you can’t get others on board and turn it into action together.
02 /
Clear in my approach. Collaborative in how I work.
I value open communication, different perspectives and people who take responsibility.
My leadership style is collaborative and built on trust. I provide direction, involve people and believe in making clear decisions. There’s room for constructive disagreement along the way. What matters is reaching a shared understanding so that everyone knows where we’re heading.
I like to work analytically and strategically, while remaining pragmatic and focused on what’s achievable.

Experience that connects perspectives.
My career has taken me through a wide range of business environments: from start-ups and mid-sized industrial companies to international technology businesses and complex matrix organizations.
In senior marketing and communications roles, I have developed corporate brands, identified and pursued new market opportunities, shaped go-to-market strategies and led international teams. Always with the aim of effectively connecting Marketing, Sales and corporate strategy.
When dealing with complex technologies and business models, I believe it’s essential to consider different perspectives: those of the company, the market and, above all, the customers.
Along the way, I’ve learned that good strategies must not only make business sense, but also take into account the people and organizations responsible for implementing them.
Alongside long-term leadership roles, I have also worked on projects and in temporary leadership positions. Different situations call for different solutions – and sometimes a fresh external perspective.

Learning never stops.
With an MBA and a degree in Marketing Communications, I bring together business knowledge and communications expertise. Further training in systemic coaching and change management has broadened my understanding of collaboration, leadership and organizational change.
My qualifications in digital transformation and agile project management complement my extensive experience in leading complex initiatives. They have equipped me with additional tools to manage change, bring different interests together and keep projects moving forward, even when circumstances change.
More recently, I have expanded my expertise in AI and automation, working hands-on with generative AI, AI agents and automated workflows.
My focus is on practical business applications: streamlining processes, connecting systems and making information more accessible, while keeping human oversight and decision-making firmly in place.

What drives me.
I believe that a change of perspective is often the beginning of something new. It helps us question familiar ways of thinking, discover untapped potential and explore new paths.
What I particularly enjoy is seeing new opportunities emerge for a business – and working together to make the most of them.
Ideally, with people who are open to new ideas and keen to make things happen.
